We also collect basic technical information automatically through cookies and similar technologies, such as browser type and pages visited, to keep our website working and understand how it’s used.

How we use it. To process orders and reservations, communicate with you, send you marketing about our wines, events, club releases, and special offers if you’ve agreed to receive it, improve our website, and comply with legal obligations.

Marketing consent. When you give us your email address or phone number on our website or in person, you may choose to receive marketing emails and texts from us. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or replying STOP to any text.

Service providers and partners. We share information with companies that help us run our business and communicate with you. They may use your information only to provide services to us, not for their own marketing:

• Commerce7: order processing, customer records, and club or membership management
• Tock: reservation and event booking and related guest communications
• Klaviyo: email and text message marketing and customer communications
• RedChirp: text messages about orders and reservations, and promotional texts

Some providers, such as Tock, have their own privacy policies that apply to information you provide through their platforms. We may also share information with shipping carriers, payment processors, and other partners as needed to fulfill your orders and reservations, and when required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.

Text messaging. If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send you messages about your orders and reservations, such as shipping confirmations and reservation details, and promotional messages such as offers, events, and new releases. Consent to promotional texts is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We will not share your mobile information or text-message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This does not apply to the service providers named above, which handle your information only to send messages for us.

Your choices and rights. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message and opt out of texts by replying STOP. Residents of some states, including California, have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know, delete, and correct their personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Age restriction. Our products are intended for adults of legal drinking age only. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
